IMPORTANT: All attendees must read and agree to the following Behavior Guidelines and Waiver of Liability

Behavior Guidelines

  1. All attendees must be 9th grade and up. This includes dates of students.
  2. Attendees should dress appropriately. Since this event is a Spring formal, guys are expected to wear at least a suit, and girls are expected to dress modestly. Tuxedos and prom dresses are recommended.
  3. Attendees should use courteous and God-honoring speech and behavior. This includes being respectful to adult coordinators and chaperones.
  4. Attendees should be respectful of the facility and its contents. Do not deface or damage the building or contents.
  5. Attendees are expected to remain inside the building for the duration of the event.
  6. All music and dancing is “G-rated” – no provacative or dirty dancing is permitted.
  7. Attendees may not engage in public displays of affection. No kissing, inappropriate touching, etc.
  8. Attendees must agree to these guidelines and waiver of liability to be admitted.

Waiver of Liability:
I/We the undersigned, being fully persuaded of our actions, do hereby release the Prom Planning Committee, Chaperones, Facility Owners and Employees, and attendees of the Light KY Homeschool Prom from any and all liability that may occur as result of accident, injury, death, or other unforeseen circumstances while participating in the 2022 Light KY Homeschool Prom.
